Send us your best winter photos in Norton! The Norton Parks and Recreation Department is holding a Winter Photo Contest. Photos must be taken within Norton's corporate limits. This includes Flag Rock Recreation Area. Contest is open to amateur photographers. Contestants can submit up to two photos. Photos must be taken during the 2022 winter season. Submissions should include photographer's name, age, phone number, brief description about the photo, location of photo, and photographer's hometown.
